Throughout her career, Ms. Peters has successfully led global programs across diverse sectors including healthcare, finance, audit/compliance, and IT outsourcing, with a particular focus on cybersecurity initiatives.

She has extensive experience managing and scaling large, cross-functional teams in Audit, Compliance, and Penetration Testing (Pentest), overseeing national efforts to enhance security posture and drive compliance. Known for her ability to stabilize underperforming programs, foster complex client relationships, and implement process improvements, Jen excels in driving strategic initiatives that optimize operational performance and contribute to business growth.

Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to clear communication, operational excellence, transparency, and accountability, ensuring the delivery of results that enhance both client satisfaction and organizational revenue. Ms. Peters holds degrees from Middle Tennessee State University, the University of Cincinnati, and the Pfeffer Graduate School of Business at Lipscomb University.
